SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (CANADA)

We ship across Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated delivery is 10–21 business days depending on your country.

Please note that any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Frozen Fists is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

LOCAL DELIVERY (WINNIPEG, MB)

Local delivery is available within Winnipeg, Manitoba. Select "Local Delivery" at checkout and we will contact you directly to arrange delivery to your address.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Frozen Fists is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If you have an issue with your shipment, contact us at team@frozenfists.ca with your order number and we will do our best to help.
